Hibagee Terms & Conditions — Clear & Simple

These Terms & Conditions govern the hibagee platform (hibagee.biz) and applies to all of its services. By registering on Hibagee or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

Hibagee is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We are committed to serving players in Bangladesh, and all operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bangla. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the original document shall prevail. If you have any doubts, please contact the hibagee support team.

To register with Hibagee, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum age 18 Years is required. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may only One account open. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device/IP address is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited.

After registration, hibagee may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. KYC may require a national ID, passport or driving licence, along with proof of address.

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact hibagee support immediately.

Hibagee offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal is available. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

Running multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted. If a bonus expires or its conditions are not met, it will be cancelled automatically. Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

Hibagee supports multiple payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification

Hibagee does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges — hibagee is not responsible for those. If a transaction is suspected to involve money laundering or any other illegal activity, hibagee reserves the right to place that transaction on hold.

The following rules apply when playing games on Hibagee and are binding on all members equally.

• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is fully impartial and certified by an independent third party.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If an incorrect payout appears in any game, hibagee reserves the right to correct the amount.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in any game is strictly prohibited.

Some games may have maximum bet limits, especially while a bonus is active. During a bonus, the maximum single bet should generally not exceed ৳500 — exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.

Hibagee places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

Hibagee provides members with the following self-control tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Betting limits: Set a maximum bet amount per game
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session
• Cooling-off: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for an extended period or permanently

These tools can be activated from Account Settings or through our support team. Once self-exclusion is active, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the set period ends.

Hibagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus fraud or abuse
• Use of Bots or Automated Software
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassment or Fraud Against Other Members
• Attempting to compromise platform security

Any remaining balance will be returned upon account closure, unless it has been forfeited due to fraudulent activity. Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.

The hibagee website, app, and all its content — including logos, designs, game interfaces, text, and graphics — are the intellectual property of hibagee or its licensors.

No content on hibagee may be copied, distributed, or modified without permission, other than viewing pages for personal, non-commercial use. Using hibagee's logos or trademarks for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

Hibagee accepts no liability for the following:

• Interruption to games or transactions due to loss of internet connection
• Account information compromised due to the member's own negligence
• Delays caused by third-party payment provider issues
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)
• Not achieving expected returns from gaming

Hibagee is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and stability on its platform. That said, technical issues may occasionally cause temporary service interruptions — in such cases, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Hibagee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be published on the website
• You will be notified at your registered email
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised

Continued use of hibagee after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to close your account.
